1. What CandleGPSR is. An information assembly tool that formats details you provide and inserts draft safety wording for candles and home-fragrance products.
2. Not legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or professional advice. We do not assess whether your product is safe, classify mixtures under CLP, test products, or certify compliance.
3. Not a Responsible Person. We do not act as, appoint or provide an EU Responsible Person, authorised representative or importer.
4. Your responsibility. You must check, adapt and translate all text for your actual product, your Safety Data Sheets, your burn tests and the languages required where you sell. Non-English text is machine-drafted and must be reviewed by a native speaker.
5. No guarantee of marketplace acceptance. Etsy, Amazon and other marketplaces set their own rules and may change them.
6. Scope. The tool is not intended for toys, children's products, cosmetics, electrical products or outdoor candles.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the tool is provided "as is" without warranties.
